When purchasing a ready carton or building your own carton, all orders are final. We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. We take great pride in ensuring your gift is delivered in the best condition possible. We only offer returns on items purchased through ""The Shop"" within 7 days of shipping the items. Items on sale can be returned within 3 days of shipping the items. Products must be returned in their packaging and in new condition. For hygiene purposes, accessories and jewelry (earrings and necklaces) cannot be returned. All returns will be subjected to a 25 AED return fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
